DIY Your Own VR Content

Have you ever thought of taking 360∘ photos/videos for your students during a field trip or study trip?

Here comes good news for you! In order to keep pace with VR development, the E-Learning Team has acquired a set of equipment that allows Programme staff and teachers to develop their own VR contents. The equipment on loan includes:

  • 360∘ Cameras: Nikon KeyMission, Ricoh Theta V, GoPro Fusion, Insta360 One
  • VR Boxes / All-in-one VR Boxes
  • Oculus Rift
  • HTC HMD

Teachers and Programme staff are welcome to borrow the aforementioned equipment/devices. A training workshop on using the 360∘ cameras was conducted in June 2018 for teachers and Programme staff to familiarise themselves with the equipment.
