Online Survey on E-Learning Experience

In May 2020, with the help of the Research Team, the E-Learning Team conducted a survey of students’ experience of online and blended learning courses at HKU SPACE. A total of 32,479 full-time and part-time students were invited to participate in this survey, and 5,287 responses were received.

Below are some of the highlights of the survey results:

Over 61% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that online and blended modes of learning reduce the need for managing and storing paper portfolios.

Around 54% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that they are familiar with how to conduct online learning in an effective way.

Around 52.3% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that online and blended learning courses made their learning more flexible and accessible.
